« Robe or pâle. Nez très pur de petits fruits rouges avec une touche de biscuit. La bouche est vineuse, fraîche, charnue. Une cuvée de grande expression qu'on pourra ouvrir à table sur des ris de veau. Pour les moments de fête. »
« Pale gold. Very pure nose of red berry fruits with a touch of biscuit. The palate is vinous, fresh and fleshy. A highly expressive Champagne that would work with sweetbreads on festive occasions. »
