« Belle robe jaune d'or. Nez très épanoui de fruits et de végétaux secs. La bouche affiche une belle tonicité et des arômes d'évolution plutôt gourmands. La finale est nette, pâtissière, friande. Un champagne de terroir qui devra trouver son public. »
