« Robe d'un or profond. Le nez privilégie les fruits à chair blanche (pomme), la chair de cerise, la compote. En bouche un brut corpulent, structuré, qui fait la part belle au fruit. Ensemble expressif, persistant, typé. Parfait à table ou sur amuse-bouche. »
