« Belle robe or pâle. Nez très mûr aux accents de cerise associés à une tonalité pâtissière. En bouche un style épanoui, presque confituré. La fraîcheur est au rendez-vous et porte longuement les arômes. On l'ouvrira à table sur des ris de veau. »
