« Belle robe or clair. Nez épanoui s'ouvrant sur des notes de fruits à chair blanche, chair jaune sur un fond légèrement brioché, minéral. Attaque ample et crémeuse, prolongée par une évolution droite, vive, au caractère légèrement lacté. Il faut le boire. »
