« Belle robe jaune d'or. Nez très épanoui aux accents de végétaux secs, d'artichaut. Même registre très mûr en bouche qui séduit toutefois par sa patine, son équilibre et sa longueur. Un millésime qui se livre peu à peu. Pour un foie gras. »

« Beautiful yellow-gold. Very mature nose with dried herb and artichoke accents. More of the same, very ripe aromatics on the palate which nevertheless shows an appealing sheen, balance and length. A Champagne that will gradually reveal itself and pairs with foie gras. »
