« Robe jaune clair, reflets verts. Nez frais, printanier, mêlant fleurs blanches, fruits à chair blanche, subtile note citronnée. La bouche séduit par son ampleur, sa texture et sa bulle fines, presque crémeuses. Un blanc de blancs net, idéal pour l'apéritif. »
