« Robe jaune très clair, reflets brillants. Nez de fruits jaunes, touches finement épicées. Attaque en bouche séduisante, à la fois minérale et d'une grande sucrosité. Beaucoup de fraîcheur en finale. Servir sur une cuisine alsacienne généreuse. »
