« Robe d'intensité moyenne, reflets rubis. Le nez évoque des petits fruits rouges et noirs, tonalité confiturée. En bouche une certaine puissance, bien équilibrée par un fruit précis et une sensation de fraîcheur persistante. Servir sur un magret de canard. »
