« Robe jaune très clair, reflets vert pâle. Nez de fleurs et d'herbes aromatiques. En bouche une tonalité fraîche et acidulée laissant la part belle aux notes citronnées. Belle salinité en finale. A boire sur des coquillages ou des poissons grillés. »
