« Robe grenat intense, reflets tuilés. Nez envoûtant dévoilant framboise, épices mêlées, herbes aromatiques, note grillée. Attaque veloutée, bouche intensément parfumée, virile, tendue, encore ferme mais déjà irrésistible. Une splendeur, pour gibiers. »
