« Ruby red with developing tawny rim. Toasty, bacon like flavour, with a gamey undertone. A ripe strawberry preserved fruit on entry to palate. A slight over oaky and alcohol impression. Tannins still dry and aggressive. Drink in next 2-3 years. »
