« Robe rose orangé pâle. Nez plaisant de petits fruits rouges acidulés avec une touche pierre à fusil. En bouche un rosé tendre, parfumé, acidulé. Un style généreux, très méridional qui accompagnera volontiers un plat méditerranéen. »
