« Robe pâle, reflets verts. Nez plaisant évoquant la poire, la pomme golden, note florale. Bouche fondue, enrobée, ample qui exprime les mêmes parfums dans un cadre croquant. Agréable intensité, style sec, rien de superflu, à servir avec amuse-bouches. »
