« Robe rubis soutenu. Nez timide mêlant fruits à noyau, épices fines, touche de menthol. Bouche équilibrée, suave, riche et alerte qui commence à développer une jolie palette ibérique. Havane et épices. Le temps venu on s'en régalera sur un boeuf en croûte. »
