« Robe rouge pourpre soutenu, reflets rubis. Nez croquant de fruits des bois confiturés, fleurs et épices douces en retrait. Bouche souple, matière tendre, avec le fruit frais comme porte drapeau. Corbières gouleyant, pour assiette de charcuterie. »
