« Robe profonde rouge rubis, reflets jeunes. Nez intense de fruits noirs confiturés associant des notes de poivre et de réglisse. Bouche plaisante, à la fois puissante et riche, aux tanins finement ciselés. Servir sur une cuisine asiatique épicée. »
