« Robe jaune pâle, reflets vert clair. Nez engageant d'agrumes (citron, clémentine), touches mentholées. Attaque tendue et acidulée, bouche conforme au nez dévoilant de beaux amers et des notes poivrées en finale A déguster sur une assiette d'huîtres. »
« Pale yellow with light green tints. Endearing nose of lemon and tangerine with menthol touches. Tense, crisp attack then a palate that echoes the nose, revealing beautiful sourness and peppery notes on the finish. Drink with a platter of oysters. »
