« Pale yellow colour. Crisp nose of fresh white fruit, with hints of grapefruit and herbal tea (thyme). Flattering acidulous notes burst in the mouth with freshness, tension and length. The finish is enhanced by fine bitters. A very pleasant Pinot Grigio. »
