« Shiny pale yellow. Attractive nose mingling white-fleshed fruit, mangoes and a touch of apples. Quite fleshy on the palate, with smooth acidity to uplift its rich flavours, then shows spicebox on mid-palate. Has the finesse to accompany refined cuisine. »
