« Brilliant, very pale yellow. Delicate, quite fresh nose suggesting white-fleshed fruits (ripe pears) and hawthorn. Very graceful on the tongue, a wine of finesse, light of structure and daintily flavoured. A little closed, it will suit fish starters. »
