« Color granate oscuro, reflejos rubíes. Nariz potente, roble presente, grosella negra, especias suaves. Boca con cuerpo, alegres efluvios meridionales sobre la fruta, el mentol, la garriga, para luego dejar sitio al marco vegetal. Hermosa realización. »
