« Robe d'un bel or clair profond. Nez typé, un peu confit, aux accents de rose et de litchi. En bouche un profil tendre, bien enrobé, fondu, qui reprend le même registre aromatique. Un gewurztraminer solaire pour salade exotique ou foie gras. »
