« Light straw yellow, pale green tints. Pleasant nose of white-flesh and citrus fruit, notes of cut hay and menthol. Both lively and fleshy on the palate, ostensibly made from very ripe fruit, then finishes with an acidulous touch. Lovely with seafood. »
