« Robe sombre rouge rubis, reflets pourpres. Nez de fruits noirs, touches de grillé et de poivre. Attaque en bouche à la fois vive et soyeuse, gorgée de soleil. Toute la fraîcheur du Mistral s'exprime en finale dans ce vin au style rhodanien marqué. »
