« Robe profonde, reflets pourpres violets. Au nez des arômes de fruits mûrs (fruits noirs, fruits à noyau) s'enrichissent d'une note de garrigue et d'épices. Bouche étoffée, gourmande, méditerranéenne. Un saint-chinian très expressif. »
