« Colore chiaro, granato, riflessi evoluti, grasso superbo. Naso di prugne sotto spirito, tocchi empireumatici, note di caramello e albicocche secche. Bocca potente e setosa. Zucchero residuo molto buono. Servire su torte al cioccolato nero. »
