« Pale golden yellow, green tints, minuscule bubbles. Attractive nose of fresh fruit with subtle vegetal and mentholated notes. Crisp and fruity on the palate, a cuvée of minimal dosage with lots of acidity on the finish. Very good with fruit puddings. »
